thank you for being so candid. what you wrote makes logical sense to me. it's difficult for me to determine which technologies are still relevant and why. after discussing your book customers.com with a friend, I was surprised when I was told that websites are old hat for business development and now I should be focusing on blogging. Do you agree with this statement?
